What does your 90-day service warranty cover? +
All our repair services and replaced spare parts come with a 90-day post-service warranty. If any issue recurs during this period, we fix it free of charge.
2. Chimney Cleaning & Hob Repairs
How often should a kitchen chimney be deep cleaned? +
For Indian cooking with high oil and spice usage, we recommend deep chemical cleaning every 3 to 6 months to maintain optimal motor suction and prevent grease build-up.
My glass hob auto-ignition is not sparking. Can it be fixed at home? +
Yes, auto-ignition issues are usually caused by a faulty pulse generator unit or grease blockage around the igniter plug. Our technician will test and replace the spark generator at your home.

How fast can a technician visit my location in Coimbatore? +
